One of the dangerous disease affecting humans today is the heart disease which can be controlled in the initial stages by medical help, but not at the peak stage. The percentage of heart disease has increased in India form the past 2 – 3 years. Heart plays a very vital role in the human body, it regularly pumps oxygenated blood into the human body and thus it reaches each every other organs of the body to function properly. If heart stops working, then nobody can save humans life. So humans life is completely dependent on proper heart functioning.
It has been declared in a survey made by WHO (World Health Organization) that from about the age group of 45 – 60 the persons become victims of heart disease. Some of the common symptoms of heart disease is , pain in the chest, loosing conscious regularly, feeling dizziness,
1) Breathing problem : - person suffering from heart disease will not be able to breath properly.
2) Chest pain :- If a person is having a severe pain in chest, chest pain is similar to that of pain in heart, it may occur due to improper pumping of heart, choking of heart valves etc,.
3) Improper functioning of heart :- Persons suffering from improper functioning of heart , this disease may be right from the birth time, i.e heart does not perform regular heart beat, the rhythm of heart beat is lost.
4) Feeling Dizziness :- Persons suffering regular cardiac arrests, cardial disorders, feeling uneasiness, getting easily tired, having low blood count in the body , along with heart disease also suffering from other disease like kidney problem, gastrointestinal disease etc,.
5) Loosing conscious :- If a person is loosing conscious regularly during his or her day to day life then it is also considered to be one of the symptoms of heart disease.
Heart disease now a days has become very common it can come to anybody. It can be caused due to obesity, excess smoking daily , consuming harmful gases inside the body, it also may cause due to heredity, because of irregular work schedule, work pressure , tensions, improper personal life etc,.
