Thinking of suicide is the most danger sign of depression and has to get treated immediately.
There are treatments available to treat depression which includes prescribed anti-depressant drugs. But you should try some other ways also to treat depression.
These methods include
· Exercise: Regular exercise increases the production of “feel good” chemicals in the body and helps to treat depression
· Social support: Mix with people and get out of loneliness! It is the best way to defeat depression.
· Be talkative: Share your problems with your friends, relatives. You will be amazed how relieved you can feel after talking with them.

· Diet: Enjoy your food!
· Meditation: The best way to treat depression.
